• Correspondence concerning design criteria should be made via email to: designs@odacreative.com
• Each of our unique designs will include:  Design + (2) Designer induced changes
• Subsequent changes are subject to a 6 to 12 hour waiting period after confirmation of payment. Changes are subject to a  $20 to $50 fee which is determined by the level of changes necessary.
• We strongly urge that all clients deliver ALL vital design information to us before finalizing their order and our product design phase.
  • • This includes but is not limited to: Preferred color scheme, Desired image(s), size of prints being ordered and desired text
