Q: How do I start my order?

A.  We understand how important your invitations are so we start with a free consultation either in person or via phone/email where we get to know you and your style. Then the process moves to design sketches, media selection and proofing, to printing and assembly, and finally delivery, ensuring that your invitations are on a scheduled and prearranged time line each step of the way.

Q. How early should I order my invitations?

 

We recommend that you order your invitations as soon as you know your wedding date, your venues and other necessary details such as your wedding color.

Q. How long does your design process take?

 

This depends on the complexity of the invitations however our custom invitations generally take between 3-4 months from initial concept stage to delivery. We can often accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.  We suggest starting the process 6 months before you plan to mail your invitations.

Q. Can i change or cancel my order?

 

Yes, we allow cancellations and changes prior to production and printing. Due to the personalized nature of all our services deposits and payments are non-refundable.


Q. How long is your design process for websites?

The design process for a website varies based on the content required on the site. Please contact us for a more specific time line.

Q. Should I order more invitations than what I actually need?

 

Yes, we typically suggest ordering 20 – 25 more invitations than you think you need. This may sound like a waste, but it’s better to have a few extra ready for additional guests you may think of later, in case one gets damaged you have a replacement, and you have a few for keepsakes. Also, if you order less and end up needing more later those few extra will cost a lot more than if you had purchased them with the original order.
